Presented annually by OnConferences, the OnCon Icon Awards celebrate outstanding executives, professionals, and teams across industries worldwide. Recipients are selected through a competitive process that combines peer and community nominations, applications, and research, before being put to a public vote.

The 2026 winners were revealed during OnCon’s virtual awards celebration on October 27. The Top Executive Team Award honors leadership teams that have made a significant impact on their organizations, while the Top Culture & Inclusion Team Award highlights teams that create workplaces where employees feel respected, supported, and able to contribute.
